Iam Assistant Professor Younis Talat Al-Dabbagh, I got a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Salahaddin- Erbil, and I got a master's degree in Diplomacy and International Relations from the same university.

Member of the University Council as a representative of the lecturers, and as secretary of the University Council. I teaching  Diplomacy subject at the Department of Diplomacy and International Relations at the Lebanese French University.

I served as Director of Admissions and Registration for five years, and a head of Diplomacy and International Relations Department at the College of Law and International Relations for seven years. I served as a member of various scientific and administrative committees at the university and college levels. Iam currently the head of Law Department, at the College of Law and International Relations of the Lebanese French University.
