My name is Younis Talat Al-Dabbagh, I got a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Salahaddin-Erbil, and I got a master's degree in Diplomacy and International Relations from the same university.

Member of the University Council. I studied Diplomacy subject at the Department of Diplomacy and International Relations at the Lebanese French University. I served as Director of Admissions and Registration for five years. I am currently the Head of Diplomacy and International Relations Department at the College of Law and International Relations of the Lebanese French University.
