She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Analysis from Tishk International University, where she graduated as the valedictorian of the first batch, and a Master’s degree in Bioinformatics from the University of Skövde in Sweden. Noor’s academic foundation is deeply rooted in molecular biology, genetics, and computational biology, which she has applied across multiple domains.

Her career spans over four years, including roles as a laboratory technician in Sweden, a biochemistry lecturer and academic coordinator in Erbil. Noor has demonstrated a unique ability to integrate scientific precision with educational leadership.
