Biography

Dr. Ashish Sharma is an Assistant Professor at the Lebanese French University, Kurdistan, where he has been a faculty member since 2018. He earned his PhD in Computer Science from Motherhood University, India, with a research focus on developing a Prediction Model to Detect Seizure Time-Frequency for Patients, contributing significantly to the field of AI in healthcare. He also holds a Master of Technology in Computer Science from Jamia Hamdard University and a Master of Computer Application from UP Technical University.

Dr. Sharma has over a decade of academic and industry experience. He teaches advanced programming subjects, including Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) with C++, Visual Programming, and Python, while also guiding undergraduate students through technical projects. His areas of expertise include machine learning, deep learning, artificial intelligence, blockchain, and Internet of Things (IoT).

Dr. Sharma is an accomplished researcher with multiple publications in international journals and conferences. His work covers diverse topics such as web attack detection, smart traffic management systems, and machine learning models for disease prediction and classification. He has authored papers on seizure detection using EEG signals, exploring supervised machine learning classifiers, and developing efficient algorithms for real-time healthcare applications.

In addition to his academic roles, Dr. Sharma has contributed to the development of ERP systems and worked on significant projects in AI and embedded systems. His patent on Efficient Resource Utilization for Machine Learning in Embedded Systems highlights his innovation in integrating AI into real-world applications.
